Post the item you want to buy, where it is from with the price you are willing to pay to a traveller to bring it from abroad.
Once a traveller picks up your request. Transthat will hold your payment until the traveller comes back with your item. 6.5% + ₦500 service fee applies.
Collect your requested item from the Transthat Collection Centre, or item is delivered to your address via courier.
The process seems fairly easy. My request arrived in tact. I thought it would have been much better if the cost of the delivery service to Nigeria was determined beforehand and stated on the website based on the weight of the items. Thanks for this service.

This experience was very smooth. The Transthat team were in constant contact with updates and confirmations. Everything was great. Ideally there could be a option where Transit picks up the item.
