Tell us what you want and where you want it from. Post the price of the item and how much you are willing to pay to the traveller who will bring the item to Lagos.

Accept and pay for your items or reject.

 

4. TRANSTHAT SECURE

Money is held safely by Transthat so you can have peace of mind. Service fee applies 6.5% + N500

 

5. TRAVELLER DELIVERS

Traveller delivers to Transthat with original receipt. 100% refund if request is not completed by traveller.

 

6. PAYMENT RELEASE

You can pick up your item from the Transthat Office or get it delivered to your doorstep. Payment to traveller is made after your confirmation.

 

 

TRANSFER REQUEST

 

Your identity is kept safe by Transthat. Only your username is displayed on the Transthat website. For transfers get Xtra Verified first by sending us your identification documents.

Tell us what it is and where it is (Service is provided for Documents only at the moment). Post how much you are willing to pay to the traveller who will bring the item to Lagos.

Benefits

 

Bisi now has the flexibility to buy some of her favourite  products from abroad save on expensive shipping cost by getting a traveller to help.

 

 

What she does to Transthat

 

She can post a buy request or copy an existing request by clicking on the “Request“ button.

 

Once she accepts a traveller's offer, she will make a payment for her item plus a tip for the traveller and plus additional 6.5% + N500 service fee.

 

After receiving the item, she can “Acknowledge Delivery“ and leave a review for the traveller. This helps to to keep the Transthat community going!

IK gets to earn extra money by helping others to buy and bring back products from abroad on his holidays and business trips.

 

 

 

How he does on to Transthat

 

He posts his trips and “offers to help“ requests. He will receive the amount “Tip for traveller“ for each request completed.

 

He will be reimbursed within 3 - 7 days after a requester acknowledges delivery.

VERIFIED STATUS

You can post a buy request or trip on Transthat after you have verified you phone number and email address on the website.

 

XTRA VERIFIED STATUS

You can only post a transfer request or trip on Transthat after you have verified you phone number, email address uploaded your identification documents/linked your social media account on the website.
